水口砖的特性

水口砖特性：

Characteristic:

1、上水口与座砖有定位段配合，使上水口装入座砖不会产生歪斜，上水口与滑板接触面经磨床加工，因此滑板与上水口之间不需要填加耐火泥，也无需要调整；杜绝了上水口与滑板之间漏钢；
There is a positioning section between the upper nozzle and the seat brick, so that the upper nozzle will not produce a tilt, and the contact surface between the upper nozzle and the slide plate is grinded, so there is no need to fill the refractory cement between the slide plate and the upper nozzle, nor need to adjust; the leakage between the upper nozzle and the slide plate is prevented;

2. 栓式锁紧装置能用手柄轻易锁紧机构，手柄拔除后，不会因受碰撞而脱开，锁紧和打开的功能非常可靠； 
The bolt-type locking device can easily lock the mechanism with a handle. After the handle is removed, it will not be dislodged because of collision. The locking and opening functions are very reliable.
 

3.由于c型机构与水口砖都采用精加工，配合严密，所以本机构不需调整。安全可靠；工人不用培训，便可使用

Since the C mechanism and the nozzle brick are all processed with fine finishing, the mechanism does not need to be adjusted. Safe and reliable; workers can be used without training.

4. 操作简便，迅速、省力：换装一次滑板和水口砖，只需2—3分钟

It is easy to operate, quick and labor-saving: it only takes 2 to 3 minutes to change the skateboard and nozzle brick.

5, 机构装有隔热板，可保护机构不受外界温度和其它破坏。

The mechanism is equipped with heat insulation plate, which can protect the mechanism from external temperature and other damage.
